How it works[ | ]
Smithing is a skill that is used to craft player equipment and customize those based on the players preferences.
- In the first phase the player takes ores to a furnace and smelts them. From this activity the player receives “ingots” based on the ore he smelts and also receives smithing XP.
- Next – the player can use the ingots to craft armour or weapon parts. For this activity the player requires to use an anvil which when used triggers a smithing UI window where the player can select what he wants to craft and also sees the ingredients required for said equipment.
Crafting armour, the player can only craft set pieces such as platebodies, platelegs, and helmets.
